Howl

In the midst of To Aru Kagaku Majestisu [sp?] or other wise known as A Certain Scientific Railgun, and so far Im impressed. Its a little hard to swallow the humor as it often comes with a fair bit of perversion but if you can get past that its engaging as far as plot development, light hearted overall, but still with enough urgency to conflict as to grip the viewer. Set in an isolated city of the future, Where pyschic powers are cultivated amongst the cities youth, a group of friends challenges themselves to endure everyday obstacles and question all aspects of life as they explore purpose within there own. Malevolent forces at hand conspire to bring detriment to the students of Academy city and its up to our party to discern who can and can’t be trusted. Anywho I’m fairlu certain its liscensed by Funimation but if you cant find a high quality mirror on youtube or funimations website watchcartoon online has the entire series hosted with english dubs.
